一.無錫20號精密鋼管工作原理  
  
定徑輥箱內的軸承使用周期制約著定徑輥箱的使用壽命,軸承的使用壽命又與定徑輥箱的設計、精密鋼管的制造及安裝有很重要的關系。是將不同規格的圓鋼，經輥式或排輥式成型，無縫鋼管管坯，經過定徑機來確定無縫鋼管的內孔與外圓。  
  
二.無錫20號精密鋼管主要作用  
  
定徑機的目的是在較小的總減徑率和小的單機減徑率條件下，將鋼管軋成一定要求的尺寸精度和真圓度，并進一步提高鋼管外表面質量。  
  
三.無錫20號精密鋼管基本類型  
  
精密鋼管廠生產設備定徑機工作機架數目較少，一般為3~12架。定徑機又分為縱軋定徑機和斜軋定徑機。斜軋定徑機一般多分配在三輥斜軋管機組中。
